Personal Chef Shadi Ramey is passionate about serving her clients the most delicious,
nurturing and healthy meals. A self-taught chef with a unique talent for ethnically diverse cuisine, Shadi
puts a great deal of thought and planning into meeting the special needs of her clients. She is a staunch
believer that food should not only taste good, but be good FOR you as well.
Shadi
holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from West Virginia University and earned her Master's
in Cultural Anthropology from New Mexico State University. Her international traveling experiences and deep interest
in all things cultural have influenced and inspired her palate and cooking repertoire.
Shadi has
done a great deal of research on whole, natural and organic foods, fasting, juicing, and vegan/vegetarian lifestyles.
She is currently immersed in studying macrobiotics and raw diets.
Shadi is an active member of the American
Personal Chef Association.
