We offer an array of different cuisines.  Organic is the norm, not the exception.
Vegetarian and vegan menus are a welcome specialty.
Ethnic cuisines include, but are not limited to: Middle Eastern (heavy emphasis on Persian), Mediterranean, New New Mexican, Northern Italian, Asian, and a fusion of all of the above.

Persian herbed stew over basmati rice
Eggplant and tomato stew over basmati rice
Persian herb, barberry and almond pancake with Afghan bread
Roasted cornish hens with sour cherry rice

Mediterranean
Hummus
Baba ghanoush

Herb Marinated Lamb with basmati rice

New New Mexican
Green chile pork stew
Anise-rubbed tofu or pork with a kiwi mojo and side of polenta
Green chile lasagna (seitan or sausage)
Enchiladas with a creamy spinach sauce (buffalo, tofu, or tvp w/veggies)


Asian
Green curry with tofu or pork over jasmine rice
Red curry with tofu or pork over jasmine rice
Seared ahi tuna with avocado slices and an Asian drizzle
Asian casserole with carrots, cabbage, seaweed and tofu

Northern Italian
Prosciutto and arugula salad with rustic Italian bread
Sundried tomato, kalamata olive and prosciutto pizza
Baked ziti with buffalo, sausage or veggies
Red/green pesto polenta pie with eggplant and tomatoes

Soups
Persian herbed stew with or without meatballs
Curried green chile dal stew
Winter/Butternut squash soup with gruyere croutons
Green curry vegetable and tofu soup
